Protecting Your Critical Assets: The Value of a Balanced Approach

Presentation Description:
Traditionally, organizations have focused almost exclusively on the prevention of attacks against their valuable physical and information assets. Through the deployment of specific technology and processes, these organizations have built a moat around the castle. While it is reasonable to want to proactively prevent malicious acts (whether from within or outside your organization), a safety and security program designed entirely around the prevention objective can never be completely effective. Experience also indicates that this is not the most fiscally sound approach. In this presentation, we will discuss the threats that your organizations face in today's hostile world and the necessary components of a comprehensive, integrated security program designed to protect both your physical and information assets. This balanced approach will allow you to be more successful in the protection of your critical assets and do so in the most cost effective manner.
