Buying separate tape or external disk units for all of these and "trusting" your users to use them consistently is an exercise in frustration. He has worked in numerous technical environments in such roles as Unix/Windows System Administrator, Database Administrator, Consultant, and Architect. His business and project management experience has been garnered through work in several organizations including a major regional bank, a large university, a CPA firm, and IBM. In his current assignment, Mr. Sperry works with the IBM Tivoli Global Response Team doing TSM and TWS assessments and technical consulting throughout the United States, Latin America, and Canada.
