iSeries-based Call Center and Voice Response solutions

Presentation Description:
This presentation will provide a primer to the world of telephony for iSeries environments.
The term telephony, as it is used in this context, will describe interactive voice
response systems and call center queuing, routing and screen pop technology, as well
as supporting technologies.
The various methods of integration with the iSeries and voice application development
techniques will be discussed and several real world examples will be examined to acquaint
the audience with the unique uses of the technology in various industries.

About our Speaker for October 11th:
Audrey Nixon leads the Technical Service Team at iMessaging Systems, a company focused
on innovative call center and interactive voice response solutions for the iSeries. Prior to
iMessaging, Audrey excelled as a Systems Analyst and project manager responsible for Order
Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance software applications at Teradyne Inc.
Audrey has also held several positions at Oracle Corporation working as a functional
consultant and project lead. Her experience includes assignments in project lead positions,
customer support, functional consulting, end user training and end user support. Audrey may
